Our foundational classes develop body awareness, breath coordination, precision mechanics, and spatial intelligence. Develop movement quality that produce efficiency, power, and longevity to take into any practice. 50 minutes on large-format jiu jitsu mats, 8 movers maximum, all props provided.

Myofascial Mobility

FOAM ROLLERS + FASCIA BALLS

A body that moves freely recovers faster, loads more efficiently, and stays in practice longer. Fascia connects every muscle, bone, and nerve in the body. When it gets restricted through repetitive load, impact, or held tension, the body compensates and movement quality goes with it. In this mat-based guided fascia release class, work through the whole body systematically with foam rollers and fascia-specific balls to unstick, rehydrate, and restore your system. The closest thing to a full-body massage you will get in a group class setting.

Gyrokinesis®

STOOLS, TOWELS + DISCS

Your spine is built for multidirectional movement. Most training uses a fraction of that range and compression accumulates over time. This class uses breath-driven rhythmic sequencing to move the spine through its seven natural directions to decompress, mobilize, and flush stagnant energy through your full system. Spinal strength rebuilt from the inside out. Leave taller, lighter, and more open. A complete spinal practice that doubles as breathwork. Developed by gymnast and dancer Juliu Horvath drawing from yoga, tai chi, swimming, and gymnastics.

BANDS, BLOCKS, WEIGHTS, DISCS

Joint precision, functional range, and deep core connection built from the ground up. The movement mechanics that create stability, load capacity, and efficient power transfer in any practice. You learn to access and control your full range of motion under load and move with precision instead of compensation. Most athletes leave understanding how their body organizes and moves.

Modern Forms

NO PROPS

Movement training drawn from concert dance techniques: Horton and Limón. Both lineages were built on principles that translate directly to sport: Limón for its use of weight, momentum, and breath to create movement that is powerful without being forced. Horton for its anatomical precision and full-body strength through multiplanar shapes. You will learn to move through multiple planes with coordination and spatial intelligence that shows up everywhere else you train. Absolutely no dance experience required!
