Welcome to A 75-minute workshop on foot strength, flexibility, and alignment with professional dancer and movement educator Arian Russell.
Using Yamuna Foot Wakers (sensory stimulation domes that increase blood flow, flexibility, and range of motion) along with loop bands and blocks, you'll release fascial tension, mobilize joints, build functional strength, and integrate healthier patterns into your natural gait.

About Arian Russell
With a background as a professional dancer and over 17 years and 20,000 hours of private personal training and teaching experience, Arian Winn Russell is a Movement Educator based in Los Angeles, California. Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, Arian graduated from The Boston Conservatory. She has performed with esteemed choreographers in San Francisco, Portland, Atlanta, Boston and Los Angeles.
Arian specializes in training people in the art of movement using a unique blend of techniques that include Yamuna Body Rolling, The Gyrotonic Method and TRX Suspension Training. Using these methods, she identifies faulty movement patterns, structural misalignments, tensional imbalances, and compressive forces that can lead to injury or limit movement potential. She builds personalized programs in a supportive environment to break down these habits and replace them with healthier, functional patterns.
