SHIFT AND RECENTER THROUGH FLOW
A grounded, expressive practice rooted in modern dance principles and functional movement. Drawing from Limon, Graham, Cunningham, and Bartenieff Fundamentals, this class explores how weight, flow, and alignment shape efficiency and expression in motion. Floorwork and standing sequences build strength, balance, and coordination through controlled transitions and breath-driven phrasing. Expect spirals, swings, and directional shifts across multiple planes of space—training both technical control and embodied awareness.
